Terms of Service — WealthSync AI

By accessing or using WealthSync AI ("WSAI"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

  • License and usage

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use WealthSync AI for personal finance tracking and analysis only. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the software or its components.

  • Ownership and intellectual property

WSAI is the proprietary creation of Reggie Bryant and the Wealth Journey Collective LLC ecosystem. All code, templates, designs, documentation, branding, and AI-driven logic are our intellectual property. You may not copy, replicate, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the WSAI system for personal or commercial purposes.

Any attempt to clone, duplicate, modify, or white-label this software without written permission violates U.S. intellectual property law and will result in license termination and possible legal action.

  • Your data and privacy

How we collect, store, and protect your data is described in full in our Privacy Policy. In short:

  • WealthSync AI stores your financial data in a secure, encrypted cloud database in the United States, which is the official copy that powers the app. Your Google Sheet stays connected as a view and edit surface you control.

  • We do not sell your data and we do not access it except to provide the service.

  • You can export all of your data and permanently delete your account and its financial data at any time (see Section 11).

  • Connecting a bank (Plaid) or brokerage (SnapTrade) is read-only: WSAI can read your transactions, balances, and holdings, but cannot move money or place trades.

For premium plans, your data may be analyzed by AI to generate financial summaries, insights, or suggestions, only for your own use.

  • User responsibilities

  • Use the software only for its intended purpose.

  • Do not attempt to bypass licensing or remove security logic.

  • Do not share your license, dashboard, or download links with others.

  • Maintain an active license to keep access to premium features.

  • Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

WSAI is a coaching and insight tool, not a replacement for certified financial advice. It provides educational insights, not official financial, legal, or tax recommendations.

  • License violations and termination

Your access may be revoked without refund if you share your license or dashboard, attempt to copy or distribute WSAI, remove or tamper with licensing, tracking, or security, or otherwise breach these Terms. WSAI includes protections, including audit logs and remote license validation, to detect misuse and protect its intellectual property.

  • Limitation of liability

WSAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reggie Bryant, Wealth Journey Collective LLC, and affiliates are not liable for decisions made based on WSAI insights, for data loss caused by third-party services or your own edits, or for any financial outcomes resulting from your use of WSAI.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to WSAI will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

  • Third-party integrations

WealthSync AI relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. By using the related feature, you also agree to that provider's terms.

  • Plaid — connects checking, savings, debt, and investment accounts. By linking an account you agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy at plaid.com/legal.

  • SnapTrade — connects brokerage accounts for the SyncFolio feature. Your brokerage credentials are handled entirely by SnapTrade; WSAI receives only your holdings data.

  • Supabase — hosts the database, sign-in, and encrypted secrets vault that store and serve your data.

  • Cloudflare — runs the application backend and protects and speeds up the service.

  • Resend — sends account and notification emails.

  • Sentry — collects diagnostic and crash data (configured to exclude your financial details) so we can fix bugs.

  • Google — provides Google sign-in and the connected Google Sheet view.

  • Apple — provides Apple sign-in and iOS push notification delivery (APNs).

  • OpenAI — powers Milo's AI-generated summaries and chat responses. Your conversations are not used to train OpenAI's models.

  • Railway — hosts the Milo AI assistant service (chat history, device push tokens, and the financial context for a chat).

  • Milo (Telegram) — an optional AI assistant delivered via Telegram. Activating Milo transmits your financial summaries to our Milo service. You may deactivate it anytime by messaging /stop to the bot or contacting support. Telegram is governed by telegram.org/tos.

  • SamCart and Stripe — process checkout, payments, and subscriptions.

  • Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Checkout is handled by SamCart, with Stripe as the underlying card processor. WealthSync AI does not receive or store your full card number.

All sales are final due to the digital, license-based nature of the product. Refunds are not available unless explicitly offered as part of a promotion or trial. If your purchase includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund any prior billing period. After cancellation, premium access remains active through the end of your paid period, then downgrades. Your data is not deleted on cancellation; it is deleted only when you delete your account (Section 11).

  • Updates and modifications

We may update features, pricing, templates, or logic at any time. We will notify you of major changes by email or in your dashboard. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Disclaimer of warranties

WealthSync AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular financial outcome will result from its use. WSAI is an educational and organizational tool, not a substitute for certified financial, legal, or tax advice.

  • Account deletion and data rights

You may permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing us with the subject "Delete my account." Deletion immediately and permanently removes your financial data and connection tokens from our systems and anonymizes your account record, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You may also request a portable export of your data at any time. These rights are available to all users, including rights provided under the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and UK GDPR.

  • Dispute resolution and arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of WealthSync AI will first be submitted to informal negotiation. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English in the State of Nevada. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Either party may still seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, and nothing here waives any right to public injunctive relief where that right cannot be waived by law.

30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing reggie@officialwealthsyncai.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

  • Apple App Store (iOS)

If you use WealthSync AI on an Apple device, you acknowledge:

  • These Terms are between you and Wealth Journey Collective LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for WSAI or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for WSAI.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation for WSAI, and any warranty claims will be our responsibility, not Apple's.

  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have relating to WSAI, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or intellectual-property claims.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

  • You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list.

  • Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
